User Agreement

  1. Grant of rights

    The sender grants Storck UK LTD. a single right of use to any work (including videos, texts and photographs) submitted by them. This right of use is unlimited in terms of space, time and content, and is granted by the sender free of charge. Within the scope of the campaign "Tell us what you think comfort tastes like", Storck UK LTD. is entitled to reproduce and distribute this work, as well as edit it, make it accessible online, and make it readily available for request and download.

  2. Submitted work

    The sender warrants that they have created the submitted work themselves, or that they have permission to grant Storck UK LTD. the appropriate rights to use the content in accordance with this user agreement. The sender warrants in particular that all persons who are visible in the submitted videos and/or pictures have provided their consent to the video/picture being submitted and used in accordance with this user agreement. Furthermore, if minors are visible in the pictures, the sender warrants that both the minor and his/her parents and/or guardians have provided their consent to the video/picture being used in accordance with this user agreement.

  3. Use of submitted work

    From work that is submitted, Storck UK LTD. selects those pieces of work that are made publicly accessible and readily available for request and download on the “Werthers-Original.co.uk” website. There is no right to publication on the website. Storck UK LTD. reserves the right to remove at any time those pieces of work that do not conform to August Storck KG's advertising values (either technically or in terms of content) or which are in violation of the applicable law.

    The sender of the respective piece of published work will be named with the name or pseudonym specified by them. The sender also waives their right to be named.

  4. Liability for the infringement of third party rights

    The sender warrants that submitted videos, pictures and texts do not contravene the rights of third parties (personal rights, copyright or other trademark rights), and agrees to indemnify Storck UK LTD. against any claims made by third parties in relation thereto. The sender is not permitted to use any content that is illegal, unethical or in any way inappropriate or offensive.

  5. Right of revocation

    The sender may at any time revoke their consent to using the work in accordance with this user agreement. August Storck will cease using the video and/or pictures and texts affected by such a revocation after being allowed a reasonable period of time to make the necessary changes.
